Meet the Team

Daphne is a rising junior at the University of Chicago majoring in Human Rights and Gender & Sexuality Studies. Over the past two years, she’s been involved in pro-choice organizations on and off campus, advocating for the protection of women’s bodily autonomy. Her extensive experience in reproductive justice made her realize the necessity of women's leadership in politics to ensure that we can lead the conversation that we rightfully have the claim to.

In her free time, Daphne enjoys weightlifting, boxing, and thrift shopping. She’s originally from Hanoi (Vietnam) and has spent time living/studying abroad in Thailand, Senegal, and the U.S.
