She Should Run is hiring a Social & Content Consultant to capture and share the energy of a new project. This is a short-term, 3-month project-based role starting mid-September with the possibility of extension.
What you’ll do
You’ll help us shape, test, and execute social storytelling related to this project. Deliverables will be defined in collaboration with you, but may include:
- Creating/editing 2–3 short-form videos per week
- Creating 3–5 static/carousel posts per week
- Writing captions that connect and resonate
- Light community engagement (comments, DMs, tags, re-shares)
- Surfacing trends and opportunities in real time
- Highlighting leadership journeys
Contract Details
Monthly project rate: $1,100–$1,300
Timeline: 3 months starting mid-September with possible extension

- Create fast-turnaround content for TikTok and Instagram
- Capture authentic voices with a mix of heart and humor
- Work with mission-driven folks who care about impact
