Practice Listening as an Essential Skill

| She Should Run

GOAL
Learn how to listen and develop a keen ear for information that matters.

ACTIVITY
Practice developing your listening and EQ skills.

LESSON OVERVIEW
Listening can be hard. But taking the time to listen to others can speak volumes about how you lead (pun not intended) and, ultimately, will help you learn how to effect change. Rep. It’s an essential skill for elected leadership, so let’s talk about how to get into the habit of listening better.
