She Should Run’s 2020 Year in Review

| Melissa Morris Ivone

What a year. 2020 ended up looking much different than what we expected back in January. Do you remember January? In our 2020 Year in Review, we take a look back at notable moments throughout the year. Some were challenging. Some made us cry. Some made us proud. And one thing we noticed is that many of those moments made women stop and think, “Wait, maybe I should consider running for office.”

Take a look through the timeline below and feel hope for the year ahead, knowing that so many incredible women have made the decision to take their first steps toward public leadership.

Any contribution that you can make to She Should Run will help us ensure that we can continue to provide free resources, events, and programs for women who are exploring their new curiosity around public office, regardless of what 2021 might throw our way.

We have a lot of work to do, but with your help, 2021 will see more women than ever taking their first steps toward a run for office.
