About the Role

She Should Run is seeking a talented, results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to maximize our reach and lead our external communications strategy. The Marketing & Communications Manager will manage the overall She Should Run brand and reputation while working in close alignment with our Programs and Development teams. You’ll be responsible for expertly telling She Should Run’s story, growing our digital presence, and reinforcing the organization as a thought-leader on women’s leadership in the political space. You will use visual media and written content to drive support from our donors, corporate partners, community leaders, program participants, and other potential friends to advance the She Should Run mission toward getting 250,000 women running for office by 2030.

About the Role

She Should Run is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, results-driven Donor Relations & Partnerships Manager to work in close alignment with the Communications and Programs teams. The Donor Relations & Partnerships Manager will lead our donor engagement and development approach by cultivating our existing donor base and identifying new individual and institutional giving opportunities. You will ensure that She Should Run experiences year-over-year growth to reach our $3M fundraising goal. Revenue-generating efforts will be focused on individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants management, and events.

You are an awesome relationship guru and communicator, and are dedicated to the invaluable development work you do to ensure She Should Run can continue to operate efficiently and advance our mission of getting 250,000 women running for office by 2030.
